SHE/HERKris works with children and their caregivers, blending playfulness, compassion and structure to create a supportive and engaging space where clients feel comfortable and understood. Helping young clients and their families navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, and more; Kris combines warmth, humor, and collaboration as she partners closely with parents so skills learned in therapy carry into everyday life at home and school.
Kris uses CBT, DBT, Play Therapies, Brief Solution-Focused, and strengths-based approaches. She has experience in PHP and IOP programs providing individual and group therapy and facilitating parenting classes. As a therapist, she focuses on practical tools that help families create meaningful, lasting change.
