Helping Clients Achieve Healing, Emotional Health & Well-Being

Starting therapy means taking the first steps on a new and sometimes scary journey, but you are not taking them alone.

Whatever obstacles and struggles you may be facing in life, we consider it a privilege to help. We offer trauma-informed, holistic, person-centered therapy for children, teens, families, adults, and couples using an integrative and tailored approach that works with the whole person.

Individual Therapy

Whether you’re navigating new or recent challenges or are ready to process old traumas, therapy can help you feel regulated and increase your sense of agency in your life.

Our therapists use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Biofeedback, and more. We work with you to help increase insight, acceptance, growth, and lasting change.

Therapy for Children & Teens

These days, thriving during childhood and teenage years can feel complicated and challenging. Whether it is about navigating friendships, processing changes to family dynamics, exploring neurodiversity, or struggling to process strong emotions, therapy can help.

Our therapists collaborate with our young clients using evidence-based practices, including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sand-Tray, Attachment-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. We support child and teen clients individually and alongside their family units to help everyone heal, grow, and learn new skills for navigating what’s to come.

Family Therapy

Every family faces challenges, including increased conflict, changes in family dynamics, parenting challenges, feeling disconnected, or dealing with estrangement. Family therapy provides a supportive space for everyone to feel heard and understood and work together to reduce tension and improve communication.

Unlike individual therapy, family therapy focuses on how people relate to one another within the family system. It explores how each person’s experiences, emotions, and behaviors impact the family dynamic. Sessions are collaborative and guided by your unique needs and goals. Ultimately, family therapy is about creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported to grow together.

Couples Therapy

The relational work of couples counseling offers clients a space to explore healthy patterns of connecting, communicating, and problem-solving – together.  Whether you are seeking to establish healthy patterns of connecting or to unlearn old patterns and find healthier ways of coming together, couples’ work can be essential.

Our therapists collaborate with their clients to heal ruptures and enhance emotional connections. Evidence-based therapies such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, and more create a safe, open space for healing. Couples learn to support one another through communication challenges, parenting difficulties, grief and loss, infidelity, blending families, stress management, medical crisis support, and much more.
