Maureen’s Approach

Using an existential and humanistic framework, Maureen creates a space for clients to increase understanding of self, identify patterns, and attend to the places that need healing as they discover what a healthy, vibrant life looks and feels like. While therapy can be challenging, it can also be immensely rewarding.
