Her trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach centers around their personal values and strengths, helping clients free themselves from shame and begin the practice of radical self-acceptance with new awareness and skills.

Claire guides her clients to be present, connected, and grounded through the use of evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and supportive psychotherapy. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, helping people navigate through life’s transitions and obtain inner peace, wholeness, and well-being. Claire also has a passion for helping her clients connect with their values and find the empowerment they need to create and sustain meaningful and sustained changes in their lives.
Claire has a background in psychology and human development and is experienced in case management, crisis intervention, therapeutic wellness groups, and individual therapy. She uses a trauma-informed lens to promote a social justice-focused and anti-oppressive therapy space. Claire works with her clients to create a safe, compassionate, and healing environment to promote long-lasting growth and change.
