Her trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach centers around their personal values and strengths, helping clients free themselves from shame and begin the practice of radical self-acceptance with new awareness and skills.

Britta has been supporting trauma survivors for over 10 years and has a lifelong passion for learning. She is passionate about creating a diversity-affirming, anti-oppressive therapy space and aligns with LGBTQIA2S+ folx. Britta supports body neutrality Health at Every Size, neurounique and disability-affirming care.

Britta enjoys working with adults of all ages and walks of life. She has extensive experience working with complex trauma and offers her clients a trauma-informed model of caring for their emotional well-being. Britta helps her clients use their values as the compass, their curiosity as the fuel, and their compassion as the vehicle for growth and change. She offers EMDR and somatic healing to help clients strengthen their own intuitive, adaptive nature to transform their trauma.
