About Taylour
Individual Therapist she/herTaylour brings warmth, compassion, and a collaborative perspective to her work with clients navigating a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. She supports preteens, teens, adults, and elderly clients, as well as individuals and couples, facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, and pregnancy or postnatal-related challenges. Taylour approaches counseling with curiosity, energy, and an engaging style, making sessions supportive and meaningful.
With experience in crisis intervention, case management, and outpatient counseling, Taylour helps clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward sustainable change. She draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based methods to help clients increase self-awareness, improve daily functioning, and feel more empowered in their lives. Taylour has worked in a variety of settings—including individual and group therapy, residential care, crisis response, and community-based mental health services—and enjoys bringing creativity and warmth to every therapeutic interaction.
