Jason specializes in working with clients struggling with anxiety/depression, grief, spirituality, sexuality, and neurodivergence. He also enjoys supporting individuals in exploring different aspects of self in identity work. Jason has a deep respect for resiliency, the complexity of the human experience, and the power of genuine connection. He creates a safe, collaborative, relational space where clients can slow down, process, and heal at their own pace.
Jason combines existential exploration integrated with evidence based therapies for a balanced, holistic therapy experience. This includes using modalities such as CBT, ACT, EFT, and somatic experiencing. His academic teachings are rooted in social justice and multicultural frameworks. His professional background includes a decade of experience supporting a variety of clients with complex needs in recreational therapy, hospice care, and direct client support in assisted living facilities.
