SHE/HER
Claire supports individuals in feeling more present, grounded, and connected—especially during times of transition, stress, or self-discovery. Her approach blends evidence-based practices like Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and supportive psychotherapy to help clients build resilience and move toward a sense of peace and wholeness.
With a background in psychology and human development, Claire has experience in individual therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic groups. Her work is rooted in a trauma-informed and socially conscious perspective, offering an anti-oppressive, compassionate space where each person’s story is honored and healing can happen.
