CBTi FOR INSOMNIA
Living with insomnia can be a challenge. Fortunately, effective treatment is available that helps people fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and feel more rested during the day. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a short, structured, and evidence-based approach for combating the frustrating symptoms of insomnia. Sleep research has found CBTi to be a more effective treatment than medication for those suffering from disrupted sleep.
