Patty strives to first listen and understand each person and what is most important to them. Any intervention during a session will aim to help you with what matters in your day-to-day life, whether that's family, work, health or recreation. Patty is trained in CBT and ACT therapy modalities, and has an interest in health behaviors, aging and chronic illness.

Patty has worked as a medical social worker with people of all ages and backgrounds for over 10 years. She is honored to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging - yet meaningful times of their lives. Patty is experienced working with pediatric, adult, and elderly populations, as well as in palliative care and with chronic illness.
Patty is specially trained in palliative care and in addressing issues of grief, loss, and illness. She has an interest in counseling for depression, anxiety, and pain, and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to help clients achieve the healing they need. With a love for and background in yoga and theater, Patty also offers ways to cope with life challenges through movement and storytelling.
