Jamie values a holistic approach to healing that recognizes the complex nature of well-being. She supports clients in understanding how thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences interact. About Jamie
Individual Therapist She/HerJamie specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-worth, grief, and major life transitions. She works closely with her clients to create a safe, supportive, and affirming counseling space where individuals can explore their experiences and build greater self-understanding. Jamie is passionate about supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide variety of concerns, and has particular experience helping individuals address negative beliefs, low self-esteem, and the lasting effects of trauma and loss.
Jamie also enjoys helping clients navigate life changes and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. She takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy and integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Through this work, Jamie helps clients challenge unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
