He’s passionate about creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can collaboratively explore new insight, growth and healing as they work towards their goals.
Chris helps clients navigate life transitions, manage anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, and explore new areas of growth. He incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into the therapy experience.
