About Brenda

Intern
SHE/HER

Brenda enjoys working with clients who are struggling with self-esteem issues, life transitions, or challenges in their relationships. She specializes in helping those who are navigating the additional complexities of neurodiversity, as well as those simply seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. Whether clients feel alone, overwhelmed, or as if they are operating without an instruction manual, Brenda meets them where they are. She supports clients in rediscovering and celebrating their strengths while working towards developing meaningful strategies for moving forward.

Brenda’s professional background includes work with neurodivergent individuals and specialized foster care. With over six years of experience in behavioral health and human services, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinical, home, school, and community settings.
