Bridget’s Approach

In therapy, we work together to build a container that can hold the inevitable fear that comes with exploring dark edges, and the rejected, heavy parts of ourselves that seem to keep getting in our way. It turns out, witnessing and caring for these troubled parts of ourselves, opens up possibility for deep joy, curiosity, emotional courage and life shifting compassion.

ABOUT Bridget

individual therapist

Bridget enjoys working with adolescents and adults of every age. She is committed to creating a collaborative relationship with her clients, to help them build a container that can hold space while they explore the dark edges, the rejected, heavy parts of self that seem to keep getting in the way. Bridget believes that when clients witness and care for these troubled parts of themselves, they open up new possibility for deep joy, curiosity, emotional courage and life shifting compassion.

Bridget’s work with clients draws from tools such as CBT, EMDR, somatic therapies, and Internal Family Systems to help clients cultivate their own wisdom and insight. She also has a passion for blending spirituality, philosophy, creativity and nature into her work. Above all, Bridget strives to honor the individual and cultural life experiences of her clients while offering new paths for exploration, healing, and growth.
